Dogwood is a beautiful place to go camping, and one of our favorite camping grounds. Beautiful trails connected to the campground, or enjoyable just to wonder around the campground checking out our next place to camp. Beautiful outdoor sitting areas, and peaceful. Camp hosts were very helpful and friendly and the restrooms were always kept clean as well.
Thank you for such a great experience!

Clean, well-shaded campground with all the amenities. This site in particular is pretty big and has a variety of levels and spots for tents. If you are a t-mobile user expect no cell coverage- but a short walk away resolves that issue.

Site #2 is big enough for 3 medium tents. The biggest problem with this site is you’re directly across from the camp host. So any noise after 10pm they will come out to tell you to be quiet. It’s a really nice site but it’s not worth having the police across your campsite always watching you. I won’t get this site again but will come back to get another site. You will need levelers if you have a campervan. The site has a lot of shade but I would still have a canopy over your picnic table.

Dogwood was a great mountain getaway! We even saw a bobcat! Lots of room and bathrooms were good. We would camp here again!
