Mike was an amazing host. The cleanest campground I’ve ever been to. Very taken care of by him. I would recommend this campground to anyone who enjoys camping. Not specifically a spaced out campground, but great for parties and having a fun time!

This place was clean and comfortable - and double stars for well-lit, clean bathrooms WITH running water and flushing toilets!! The only critique I have is for other campers- I was shocked at how many people ( 3 separate sites, to be exact) that were loud and obnoxious well past midnight. These weren't young folks either- I'm talking about 40 to 60 year olds with barky little dogs, raucous laughter and a gambling extravaganza until 2 am.... People please, be mindful that we are OUTDOORS and noise carries. Be respectful of the other campers and keep it down. If you want to party all night, rent a house!

Site 023 was decent. It’s a little bit away from the parking spot, at least compared to other sites. It’s also a gradual decline the whole way to the tent area which became a workout for my out of shape self, haha. It’s on the edge of the campground, kinda close to site 022 and 021. Lots of nature around which causes a lot of noises at night. Saw deer, cats, groundhogs, and a spider that will chase you lol.

The reason for the 2 stars is because the host was nowhere to be found the whole time. Upon arriving, there was another camper also in search for the host but never could find. Hours later we searched again and even tried calling but was unable to find/reach them once again. Since we couldn’t buy firewood from the host, we had to leave everything to go to town and buy some which was cheaper anyway. I think a bundle at the site was $10 each. The store we found was like $7/bundle.

Bathrooms were super clean the whole time we were there. This was also on a Wednesday so less traffic there.

Fantastic Campsite Experience!
We had a wonderful stay at this campsite! The restrooms were clean, and the customer service was excellent. Mike and Marian are superb hosts—so welcoming and helpful.

We especially enjoyed the fireworks show from the campsite! It would be even better if a few trees were trimmed to improve the view, but overall, our stay was fun, relaxing, and memorable.

We’ll definitely be coming back!

  • Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
  • Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
  • Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
    • Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
    • Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
    • One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
  • Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules.
