Great camp site! Very quiet, we had no issues with neighbors being noisy. There is a small road behind our sites (7 through 11) but very few cars went by so we hardly noticed. A good number of mountain bikers passing through quickly, but far enough away and quiet enough where it didn't bother us. Sites themselves were great. Slightly uneven, a few slopes and rocky places, but manageable for everybody including the 75 year olds and 3 year olds. Sites were super shady, no need to bring any canopies or extra shade. Hosts were great, delivered and sold us fire wood, kept bathrooms clean although toilet paper did run out at night. Bring a roll to be safe! Trash cans very close by, restrooms well-spaced so they're not far from any sites, easy in and out. Lake is just 5 minutes away, we rented pontoon boats at the Pine Knot marina for site seeing and a little fishing. Supermarkets and fast food within 5 minutes as well so you won't be lacking anything. Overall we had a great weekend and will be back!

Perfect location, close to everything you need but tucked back enough to feel isolated. Our family loves this spot and consider it our first choice and favorite!

Beautiful campground and convenient location. Site 30 was big enough for 3 tents and trees for our hammocks. The camp host was so nice and attentive.

Loved it BUT there was a family of coyotes at the top of my site (45). Luckily my 22lb dog was alright… I didn’t leave her out of my site but I definitely heard the coyote pups and saw two big adult coyotes.
