STAFFS DONT LIKE KIDS. I felt like all they did was complain about my kids more than actually working. Staff complained that they couldn’t play on empty rv site that was next to us. I’m like wow it’s camp why not there is no one there she said oh it are policy so I looked at there policy and couldn’t find anything referring to what she said seems like staff and mangers were making there own policy to the guest. More complaints about my kids when drove there bikes onto the gravel well there comes the staff again coming to give me my final warning I’m piss because every other campsite I’ve been too never had this issue with the staffs. There was people partying until 10:30 being loud and staff never says anything but are always looking at my kids to just do something wrong so they have an excuse to come threaten to me me and my family out of the resort. Staff that are on the go carts riding around are all Karen’s is what my kids said. Horrible experience with the staffs. Like leave us alone let us enjoy are vacation ease up on the kids being kids. Never ever going here again 1st and last. I don’t know why the staff don’t let my kids even walk and play on the next campsite beside us which the lot was empty. Kids are gonna be kids horrible horrible staff

What can you say about the Santa Cruz Redwoods RV Resort? Plenty, but chiefly among them is how incredibly beautiful the grounds are. The place is surrounded by huge redwood trees that make every morning cup of coffee a thing to remember.

If I could leave zero reviews I would.

No Van camping allowed should be posted all over this site!

We booked an RV site 4 months in advance for one week, paying $600
No where on the booking portion of the site does it state that you cannot be staying in a van. We are camping out of our Ford Transit van. Not a mini van or a car. A large van. And on an RV site. When booking I chose a truck camper, thinking that our van would be considered that. When we pulled in after a 3 day drive from Colorado, they quickly turned us away stating that our van was not commercialized. They did refund us while at the same time a sprinter van rolled in. Apparently sprinter vans are allowed, but our van was not. Completed BS. When asked their reasoning, they stated it was due to the homeless population. Clearly, we are not homeless and were able to afford a week long RV site.
In retrospect, we are happy that it did not work out. That place is jammed full with huge motorhomes on top of each other. We would have smelled their exhaust and heard their generators all night long!

We just spent 4 nights here and enjoyed it very much. The park sits beneath a beautiful redwood forest yet is close to all that Felton has to offer. We also enjoyed our many conversations with Beth, one of the campground hosts. She seemed to really enjoy her job. We would highly recommend this place.

We had such a wonderful stay at Santa Cruz Redwoods RV Resort. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, and the entire property feels very well cared for. Everything is clean and well maintained, from the campsites to the common areas. The bathrooms were spotless, which made the trip extra comfortable.

It is also a great spot for both families and dog owners. We loved how dog friendly the resort is and our pup had the best time exploring and relaxing with us. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and family oriented, with plenty of space to enjoy the redwoods all around.

Highly recommend this resort if you are looking for a clean, friendly, and relaxing getaway in the Santa Cruz area. We will definitely be back!
