- Guests are liable for any damage caused by themselves or their Party.
- Guests must acknowledge and agree to the terms of the agreement to stay.
- Guests agree to the terms on behalf of their entire party when making a reservation.
- Guests must ensure their party follows all rules and are financially responsible for any issues.
