Great spot next to the Klamath. No bear boxes, but they don't seem to be needed here. Toilets could have been cleaner. Otherwise, a nice safe stay.

nice location by the Klamath river and i seen rafting business using raft ramp frequently to launch tours
few sites have limited or no shade
vault restrooms seem to be kept pretty clean by staff and chemicals added regularly, still our campsite was getting blasts of unpleasant odor throughout both nights we stayed

Stayed in site 19 beautiful river view, private. If you visit when it’s hot site has no shade. Our 5th wheel became an easy bake oven. Very nice camp ground on the Klamath River, chose a site with shade.

Our site was next to the vault toilets and when the wind was in our direction it has harsh. Other than that the campground was fine, it had a nice little beach access to the river. We were there on 4th of July weekend and the neighboring campers were loud and often offensive. I'm not sure how common this is, but we were glad to only be here only one night. The highlight of our stay was definitely listening to the woman who dropped her iWatch in the vault toilet and her party retrieving it with a fishing pole.

This was a great site. It is nestled in a deep river canyon, mostly isolated with just occasional road noise from the sleepy highway above. There is river access, and a nature trail. I was impressed by the free wood, and buckets provided to douse your fire.

Easy access campground near Hwy 5 border between California and Oregon. Pleasant river, nice shade trees, and a welcome stop when traveling.

Lovely little campground right on the river. Lots of shade and free firewood near the entrance. Right off of the road, but there's enough of an elevation difference where you don't really hear it. Yreka, about 20min away, has everything you'd need for food and supplies.

Staying at Tree of Heaven was great! We love the views of the river and the walked our dogs on a nice trail. It is pretty remote so keep in mind there is little to no cell service. The closest town is Yreka where we got our firewood and stopped for breakfast the next morning.
