Friendly, helpful and the merchants are from the neighborhood. Right off the Sky- way with plenty of parking. Not as big as other hardware stores, but they usually have what I need. If they don't, they soon do, so waiting a couple of days doesn't put me off my schedule of what project I am working on. The
Summer hours are great . They are within walking distance of other convenient and grocery stores and a hop-skip and a jump from the local donut, sandwich, video and pet supplies.

I admittedly had a long day, and I was tired. I went into the store looking for some tubing, all the way into the back saying hello? Hello? No one. I didnt find tubing. I went back up front where a girl asked if she could help, I told her i was looking for tubing. She then aske a guy (don’t remember his name, tall, dark hair - Chris maybe?) to help me.
he comes from behind counter. Doesn’t look at me or say anything to me. I follow him as he goes to back of store. When He turned to go into the far bac, I said, never mind, i was already back there, I don;t want to go back again. As I ‘m walking to the front door I hear him say something like “What you see is what you get princess”. I said “Excuse me?” He said that the three people at the counter were all that was there.
I never said a word about not getting help, I was just tired and didnt want to go to the far back again. It would have been fine if not for his rude comment/princess remark. The good news is, i have no problem never stepping a foot in this store again, since i work in lower paradise. It was over 5 years ago that someone was rude to me in Kmart - havent been back there. Ever. Yup, I dont need to have to frequent a place where they are sarcastic jerks to the customers! But bye, Felicia!

I had 3 keys made by a gentleman that was helpful and efficient. The keys all work perfectly. I was in and out of there quickly even though a man before me was also getting keys made. It's really nice to have a neighborhood store.

It's not the Biggest, or the Fanciest but it is a great local family feel hardware store. It carries most of what you might need at any given time. Fair prices without the need to drive down the hill, or even worse all the way to Chico. A Magalia gem.

When I moved into the area I was a remodeling contractor. Paradise Pines True Value Hardware was not only convenient, but they usually had IN STOCK what I needed to make repairs and saved me numerous trips down the hill.
All the employees are incredibly friendly and you don't ever have to worry about being ignored.
To top things off, the owner is a musician so you usually have some decent music playing in the store.
