Just started moving into our new 5th wheel in the park. All's been cool so far friendly and caring the manager has been very nice and helpful feels like family.

Best place in Paradise! Ask for Jason. He's the manager. They have reasonable prices, he's a really great guy and easy to work with!

We've had the pleasure of working with Jason as our property manager, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Jason is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and courteous in all his interactions. He always takes the time to listen to our concerns and truly looks out for us.

In 2016 I spent three months staying with my cousin who lived there. He had the best lot in the park at the end of the road that it was on which gave him a view to a space that was planned for two more homes, but was required for a drain field. I would set on the patio deck & watch wildlife that would come within 25ft of the deck raccoons, rabbits, skunks, possums & a beautiful 5 point buck deer was a daily visitor with several does. I got to know a few of his neighbors who were all very nice people.
