I think Silver Lake is for fishermen, which I am not. I’m a hiker, and there was only one trail from the campground (across the street), which was very nice. The campsites are very near the lake but only a couple actually can see it.

Nice long level driveway. It was full moon so I didn't bother to fish, but the kayaking was great until the wind started. Other campers were friendly. I wasn't too fond of the hosts. Bathroom nice and clean and my son used the showers.

Start off with host, excellent interaction and park is clean. Beautiful surrounding area with lake and mountain. Lots of room in between each campsite.

Very windy sites with little cover. Showers were closed for remodeling with no notice.

Excellent location. Beautiful scenery. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The only bad side is that the showers need upgrading, cleaning, and painting. Lost a few quarters because the machine was jammed but the host reimbursed me.

We absolutely loved our experience at Silver Lake Campground. The waterfall views across the street were amazing. The lake is accessible and beautiful to sit by. Campground hosts were very friendly. Check in was easy and hassle free. We’re able to ride out e-bikes to Gull lake and June lake and had an excellent day with gorgeous scenery!
