What Guests Are Saying
Fowler's Campground is praised for its beautiful setting, spacious sites, and excellent access to stunning waterfalls and swimming holes along the McCloud River. Camp hosts are noted for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a clean and well-maintained environment. While some guests experienced noise disturbances from other campers, overall, the campground is seen as a fantastic destination for families and nature lovers, despite a few complaints about restroom maintenance and the absence of a camp host during certain visits.

Beautiful campground. Good size sites with privacy. The river trail provides easy access to several swimming holes and water falls. Heavily wooded, so solar and Starlink are difficult to use.

Fowlers campground is absolutely beautiful. Waterfalls are beautiful. Fishing was great . Camp host is very friendly and kept campgrounds cleaned. Make sure you hike up to middle falls to see the beautiful waterfall.

My new favorite place! I took my grand son camping here for two nights and he loved every moment. He enjoyed fishing at the falls. The area is beautiful and campground is clean. The campground host Bill is very kind and helpful. We’re looking forward to going again.

Nice stay for one night! It was a packed, high-energy campground, but peaceful enough at night.

We stayed in the upper loop which is relatively quieter from highway & train noise. The outer loop campsites spaced nicely apart and the bathrooms are very clean! Camp host and rangers could not have been friendlier!
