Be advised... This campground is in the process of being logged and a lot of the sites are very ripped up and there are huge slash piles and huge piles of logs everywhere!! Some sites are ok, mostly on the North West side, but a lot are not usable.

We stayed in campsite #4 for one night, 8/5/23. This campsite seems to be more utilized for RV's than tent campers. The only usable tent site was on the other side of the driveway from the table/bear box, which was close to the different campsite number, which luckily was not reserved. The fire fit wasn't really usable as the surrounding bush/brush was almost growing into it, with maybe 1-foot clearance. Lots of construction and tree removal are being done here. After a good time of general confusion and scratching our heads trying to make sense of the campsite layouts, we pitched the tent and had a quiet night. I would pick a campsite on the surrounding outside loop next time. I don't think this site is really intended for tent camping. If the other two sites right next to it were booked, it would have been a very confusing and close quarter interaction without much privacy.

Sites needed a ton of attention. Picnic table was unusable and not on level ground. We learned that this campground had been closed for 4 years. Lots of downed limbs. Logging in area and lots of trees have been removed. We loved the creek & meadow. An awesome trail starting in campground. Bathroom very clean. No running water.

Campground needs some attention.
The table are disintegrating & the ground was covered in blow down branches.
Additionally the key to the bear locker was locked inside the bear can
