Water spigot at our site (#55) was not working. The bathrooms closer to our site were not clean. Also, no trash bins nearby. However, our site was large and had a lot of shade.

It's a quiet place with many good campsites. The bathrooms are clean with toilet paper. The Oak Grove trail hike is right across the street.

Enjoyed the shade from large trees, clean bathrooms, drinkable water via spouts, friendly camp host, firewood and mart accessible within 5 miles, and access to the Oak Grove Trail nearby. There were a lot of ants, but it was worth it.

My campsite was clean, the fire ring was empty out. The bathrooms were clean.

The campground was clean. I had a question about fitting two cars into one of the campsites. The campground host explained the Forest Service policy and was very helpful with making sure my car to complied with the policy.

From Interstate 15 take the 79 East. The campground is on the north side of the highway, across from the fire station. From Temecula, take State Rt. 79 south 24.1 miles and turn left at campground sign.
