We were on the Ribbonwood loop (I don't remember which exact site) but this campground is wonderful overall. The bathrooms were maintained and always had toilet paper, and the sites were clearly marked and maintained. We did have fire ants at our campsite which was unfortunate, and our parking spot had so many anthills (of other kinds of ants) that we had to hop from foot to foot so no one hitched a ride. However, camping is outside, and there are bugs outside!
You can hear the highway from the campground, as well as the moos of the cattle next door. There's a store for ice/food/supplies a couple of minutes down the road from the campground too. Overall would stay there again!

Camp ground is completely run down and unkept. The fire pits were unusable due to it being so over filled with ash. The bathrooms were horrible.
The people we also experienced had no regard for others in being quiet after 10pm, they were so loud throughout the night until 2am.
We had plans to stay over a 4 day weekend and it quickly changed to just over night.

I have been to this campground before, and it was a pleasant experience; however, this time it was a bit discouraging since the place was closed when we arrived, and no one informed us about it. It would have been great to know that the place would be closed in advance.
