Evergreen RV Park

5 stars for Susie and Erick at Evergreen! They are professional, kind, and always on top of things—from quick responses and clear communication to keeping the park safe and clean. Truly appreciate them!

We love the community this park has to offer, we’ve made wonderful connections with the people here. The area is gated, and very central to a lot of shopping. Susie is very great, running an establishment doesn’t come easy & she does a wonderful job.

We only used this campsite for one night and arrived late afternoon.

Felt like we were the only 'tourist' (not a bad thing).

Our place was very small. Not even able to extend the awning fully. Our seating area was 1 meter from our neighbors drain, not very comfortable.

The road is very noisy but we expected this given the location.

Will recommend it if you need a place to stay safe and hook-up, but not to celebrate a holiday.

No internet whatsoever.
Booking was very confusing. With all the software and ai available today you would think they would have a system to avoid double booking. Welcome Packets for weekend arrivals would be nice. (Like every other park in the US of A).
However everyone is very nice. The park was clean and well maintained.

Communication and customer service was horrible. If I had read the other comments before, I wouldn’t have booked.

We actually couldn’t even stay there. We booked a little more than 3 weeks in advance. There was a notice that RVs older than 15 years (or 10, depending where you look on the website), were not accepted unless approved by management. We sent pictures of ours (which is very clean and in good condition). No answer to my email, I called a few days later. The manager said the RV was fine, but she had no availability. I looked online a little later and found an available spot, so I guessed they had a cancellation, so I went ahead and booked (and paid).
When I arrived, the manager first told me she had no reservation for today. Then she looked and found out. She asked for the year of the RV, and said they wouldn’t welcome us because it’s older than 10 years. She denied speaking to me over the phone. She told me she would reimburse me and that they would not honour the reservation. It was her word against mine, what can I say !
For the record, we have been in many, many campgrounds with our RV and have never been refused anywhere. This place is nothing luxurious and yet they can afford to turn around customers like this, so I’m guessing we are not that welcome 🤷🏻‍♀️
