Well kept. Nice to have a bear box, toilet, and water when you get to camp. This is my favorite place to go

Close to the beach, but there is a big sand dune between you and the beach. Good distance between campsites.

My experience on these trails was amazing. Had a great little 4-day backpacking trip with my cousin and nephews. Some of the trails were a bit outgrown but totally understandable due to all the rain we got. Great campsites. We made awesome memories. Thank you.

We loved sky camp. An easy hike for 5 grandkids between the age of 6 & 10. Loved the walk further up the trail to the trail to Wittenberg

Nice sites, everyone is either hard pack rocky dirt or grass so bring a pad. Nicely sheltered from the wind

Beautiful park, and great scenery. There was a variety of trails, but almost all the internal ones were overgrown pretty badly. Coastal trail is in better condition. Sky camp was gorgeous watching the clouds cover the treetops below you. Def coming again

Great campsite at Wildcat. Some trails in serious need of trail maintenance due to overgrowth. I know they have been dealing with alot of havoc from the Woodward fire and then the heavy rains last year felling many trees. I am very sensitive to poison oak and the trails are really overgrown to the point you can’t avoid touching it. I feel bad for any kids hiking through it. I came prepared with alcohol wipes and used them to wipe down any exposed areas and my hiking poles.
