Was a very easy hike. And the camp spot was amazing. We had lots of space and good privacy. It's a good beginners backpacking trip.

It was a beautiful area. The campsite was not as private as it seemed while booking with the group site right next-door. Be on the lookout for poison oak there is a lot of it in this campsite!

Coast camp is always a gem, such a beautiful place and a reasonable hike to get there. We were in site 5, which had a nice area around the picnic table and food locker, and a separate flat area for the tent. It was a short walk to the trash/water/bathrooms. Very clean and peaceful!

This place is a little piece of paradise for backpackers. It’s got beach and woods within walking distance of each other. And the Falls did not disappoint. Well maintained by the park service.

Great trip. I started from 5 brooks trailhead and it takes about 3 hrs to get to Wildcat. Saw the elk and deer and lots of lupine and other wildflowers. Day trip to Bass Lake and Allemere Falls was nice. The side trail down to Allemere seems a bit sketchy so we walked the beach route from Wildcat.

Great place to visit! The sites are clean and have enough privacy, though you will hear your neighbors into the night. Potable water was available and the bathrooms were clean. Tons of day hikers pass right by camp so be prepared for lots of people mid-day. The beach is a 2 minute walk from camp. Secret beach is about a 1.5 mi hike along the beach. We will definitely be returning!
