I had a reserved site, showed up and someone was still in the site. I asked them if they were leaving and was told that the Rangers opened the site for them and that they were staying. I connected the Camp Host who did not know anything, they connected the Ranger. Long story short, it seems that this person in the site does favors for the campground/events, and was being bumped around to sites. Doesn't seem like a good way of doing things, because at some point someone is not going to be happy about dealing with a situation like this.

Not much shade, okay room for kids to walk in Campspot room. Camp table and fire pit are not next to the driveway (slight walk backwards of drive in)

Awesome! Beautiful site, (#52, but opt for #53 if possible, better view), snow capped mountains of Yosemite in the distance, rolling green hills, tons of jack rabbits, wild turkeys, ground squirrels. Serene, clean, quiet, would go back again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!
NOTE: they did not have firewood available. Also, we had to take a longer route due to flooding and road closures, (bumpy and narrow at times), totally worth the drive!

The campsite next to me (53 or 54) was overcrowded. Otherwise all good. The camp hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Great spot if you have kids, better views are 9 & 10 but 11 worked best for us since it has shade and more room for kids to run around in. We loved it nothing bad to say about
