Hidden View

We had an amazing experience at this campsite! There was plenty of wonderful shade, and we loved how close we were to the restrooms. The walk to the water wasn’t too far, which made it easy for our family to enjoy. The water was nice, and the ranger was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely love to come back again!

Clean, well kept campground with kind and very conscientious hosts. There’s a nice hiking trail that is a mile long fairly close to the campground and another nice trail close to the group campsite. The two campsites that I stayed in were quite large and had great views.

Hidden View is exactly that! Nice, quiet grounds with views of the lake. Contact with staff is always pleasant. Affordable campsites that are well kept and clean restroom and shower facilities. Some RV sites will require a bit more leveling than others, but nothing too extreme. It can get very hot in the summer months, so keep that in mind as there are few trees, but there are metal canopies at each site.

This was our first time camping, and it was a great experience! Everything was comfortable, and the layout of the campground was excellent.

We stayed at site 17B, and it was perfect. It was conveniently located near the bathrooms, the lake view, and the playground, which was great for our family.

The park rangers were very attentive and helpful. They were kind enough to assist us and guide us to the lake.

If you need to restock on ice, grab some snacks, or pick up a few essentials, there’s a small market only about 15 minutes away.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this campground. 100% recommended! We will definitely be coming back! 🏕️🌲🏞️

The campsites were clean and spacious. A little more shade would have been great but we brought a shade umbrella. We had a great time camping at Hidden View.

When booking a reservation to camp at this lake, there should be a notification or fair update about the water being so full of green slime . We were ready to swim and saw it and realized we just had to go home. It’s too hot to be there and not be getting in the water.
The bathroom is good. The shower was great. It’s still a beautiful view, despite the water being way lower than I had ever seen it all these years. But I would have not reserved it if I knew I was not going to be able to get in the lake.

Super clean space and an amazing view day and night! I took my 12 year old and 2 year old and we had a blast! I can’t wait for the colder weather we are looking forward to staying for a longer duration of time. I definitely recommend this spot!!
