Many campers appreciate the spacious sites, scenic lake views, and well-maintained restrooms. If you don’t like other campers spying on you with drones, don’t camp here. There’s no enforcement due to lack of staff or motivation.
This used to be a great place to camp in order to watch birds, or peacefully look out at the manmade lake. Weekends are terrible and noisy with locals.

I have stayed there 3 times, and been able to get the same Camp site each time. I think it's about the best site there, #31. I have all 3 times been there during the cooler months. I don't think I would care to be there in mid summer, too hot.
One thing I would like to see, is a fishing pier. I don't have a boat so that would be a nice addition.

It was very nice. It had a great view of the lake! It was a little close to the neighboring camp site. Restrooms were clean. It was a little scary at night going to the bathroom, but overall it felt very safe. Would come here again.

Huge site at the end of a road that only contains the two group camp sites. We had no issues letting the 11 children and toddlers in our group roam around. The vault toilets in the group camp area were nasty and full of spiders, but clean flushing bathrooms with showers were just a couple minutes walking up the hill. Really great site fully of amenities. We’ll be back for sure.

Stayed here for one night car camping with my dog. Site was clean-ish however I cleaned up several beer bottle caps and cigarettes so we didnt get blamed for it. Also I asked the girl at the gate if I could buy firewood and she said she would send the ranger down to my site with the wood but they never came by. Would be nice to be able to pick up firewood at check in. Overall it was a decent site and I'd go back again however next time i'll bring my own wood.

Both the campground and facilities(hot showers) was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the quiet curfew was not observed by a few campsites. Also, seems like the boating dock opens at 5:30am so a group 5-7 of trucks with boats came rolling in and very loud while while staging. If looking for a quiet night to getaway from the city, this is not the campground.

Spacious site, clean enough bathrooms, nice view of the lake, and I saw a playground that would be nice if you have kids.
