What Guests Are Saying
Sycamore Grove Campground offers a beautiful, well-maintained setting with green grass, spacious sites, and clean bathrooms, including coin-operated showers. Many guests appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and friendly camp hosts, making it a great stop for travelers. However, some concerns were raised about noisy campers, the condition of pit toilets, and occasional issues with camp host interactions. Overall, it's considered a lovely place to relax and enjoy nature, especially for short stays.

Nice sites, friendly hosts, great park with trails and disc golf. Only a 3 because the washroom facility is sparse and cold. No way to dry hands (ew) and too unpleasant (cold/dark, no matts) to use the coin op shower.

A lovely campground that is nicely maintained. Host came over to greet me as soon as I arrived and gave me helpful information. I felt safe. Rest room was immaculate. Hope to have more time to explore the park on my next trip. I definitely plan to stay there again.

Camp Host welcomed us upon arrival and knew we were coming. Campground is much cleaner then in the past. Host takes pride in making sure the campground is in good shape.

I love this park and have stayed here for years as I head south from WA state. The walks through black oak and sycamore trees add to the experience.

The campground was rather empty at this time of the year, early January. It was nice not being surround by lots of other campers. Campground host I met was very friendly. There was a clean restroom and shower facility, and the shower provided hot water with good water pressure at a very reasonable price (50¢ for enough time to lather up and even wash my hair). I was only here for one night, so I didn't have a chance to check out the hiking trails by the campground. There was also easy access to the river.

Easy to reserve site online, easy in and out of campground, beautiful site, wonderful walking trails adjacent to the campground. Highway noise is there, but not annoying. Would definitely stay again.

Nice campground. The hosts were great--helped me pick out a site and get set up with the online reservation system. Told me about a botanical garden to explore. I was only there one night, but it was the perfect place to stop for an overnight on my way south. Good showers.
