Policies & Rules

Arrival & departure

  • Inform the Fair Office of any changes regarding your stay.

Pets

  • Pets must be leashed outside.
  • Pets must not be left unattended outside.
  • Pet owners must clean up after their pets immediately.
  • Barking or aggressive dogs are not allowed.
  • Pet owners get one warning before eviction for rule violations.
  • Leash pets, clean up after them, and ensure they are not aggressive.

Fees & deposits

  • RV fees can be paid by cash/check at kiosk or credit card at the office/online.
  • Non-payment within 10 days may result in vehicle impoundment.

Site types & loops

  • Access is limited to the RV Park for occupants.

Safety & rules

  • Maintain cleanliness at your site; trash must be disposed of properly.
  • Children must be supervised and cannot play between RV sites.
  • The RV park includes event facilities which may cause noise disturbances.
  • Expect possible disturbances from events outside of park control.

Vehicles & parking

  • Do not block RV sites, roads, or gates with vehicles.
  • Vehicles must not exceed 5 MPH and should park at the front of spaces.
  • Only licensed drivers may operate motorized vehicles on the property.
  • Vehicle maintenance and washing are not allowed on site.

Amenities

  • Laundry, showers, and restrooms are available for occupants only; follow posted rules.

Local regulations

  • All guests must comply with laws; illegal activities will lead to eviction without refund.
  • Occupants are responsible for indemnifying the property owners against claims or damages.

Site capacity

  • Guests staying over 3 days must be registered.

Cancellation policy

  • Personal items left after check-out will be stored for 30 days, then considered abandoned.
  • Eviction may occur for non-payment or rule violations with 10-day notice.
