The rv park itself is in a great location but trailers are on top of eachother, poorly landscape and felt very unsafe..

Management plays favorites and talks out of both sides of their face. They allow people to change the size of the lots. If they like you, they'll allow you to put a permanent fence and even help you build it. Although most have been told that they can not erect anything permanent. They change lot lines when they feel like it and will make you pack up and move with no recourse. Although they are supposed to by law provide one parking spot with the lease, if you do not know this they will charge you extra for parking. Power meters are mislabeled and when you point it out they say don't worry. And then they try to charge you the wrong amount for utilities. Management says whatever comes out of their mouth to get out of a conversation and will tell you the exact opposite the next conversation. Save your money and DO NOT RENT THERE. the bathrooms are often plugged or closed for repairs.

People were lovely and helped me back into a tight spot. Park was dirty - lots of unsightly junk and garbage everywhere. Bathroom was fine with hot shower. I woucamp here again

We stayed here a year ago.
Took us over 2 months to get our deposit back($1100) bathhouses were nice, club house decent. Small lots. But with the amount of money you pay to stay here(over $1200 a month plus parking and electric) you wouldn’t have to fight to get deposit back when you were a great tenant that was only there for 3 months and caused no problems or damage. All the owner cares about is money.

I have loved living here for the past nine months. Most of the people living here long term are lovely. The management is friendly and helpful. The clubhouse is cozy and packed with books and games. It feels like a mountain lodge. Currently one of the bathrooms in under renovation and is closed. So far it hasn’t really caused a problem because most people have rigs that have bathrooms and showers in them. When the renovations are completed it will be nice. The park is fairly clean and well maintained. One of the best things about living here is I have felt safe. The neighborhood watch is natural and tight and wonderful and protective. There are tons of pets here and everyone loves it. I will miss the friends I have made here very much. Thankful for a great experience!!!
