La Pacifica RV Park

Beware of this Rv Park. Horrible Customer Service from management and Corporate Office.
2) Office always Close, 3) Pool closed for months , 4) They Cancell mail service that means you dont get mail here 5) Trash service is $53 and every month goes up, 6) Racoons and lots of spiders on Trees 7) You have to move from your space every 6 months mandatory. And in some spaces your car doesnt fit. 8) Tijuana River smells so Bad on hot days, 9) The sound of the freeway and Motorcycles at 4am is Terrible. 10) The maintenance people spray consentrate Vinager all over your space and park. Approved by management and Corporate. And stinks so bad. 11) They will never listen to Tennants Needs. We are moving out ASAP

This isn't a rv camping place but full time mobile home residents

Do you like drunk drivers running into your lot and running over your property? How about the motorcycles coming out of Tijuana starting at 4am with no legal exhaust pipes? Inside my camper it was a regular 90 decibels. Beyond that, the smell of the Tijuana river was so bad at times you could see a film in the air, and it even woke me up in the night. The community was fairly unfriendly, children in the park shouted racial slurs at our neighbor, constantly scream, kick balls into your vehicles. We waited for the month to be up and with no "lease end date" they still charged us for breaking a lease, charged us a few extra days of rent, when we drove off to escape the smell.

Best thing about this place is that it's in my rearview mirror, forever.

They have cut the hours for showers and laundry room !!!
The pool was close for over a year!! They bearly reopen it for a little less than 2months and now they are closing it until next year!!! Really??? Agaain??
This is the worst front desk team they have ever had!!

This last 4years its gone down so bad on maintenance and cleanness
