Christie Campground offers a beautiful, clean setting with well-maintained bathrooms and spacious, well-spaced sites. The paved walking path to Eagle Lake enhances the experience, making it ideal for biking and hiking. Great campground clean and not crammed. But the lake is a bit of a walk and has no beach just mud.

Hosts kept facilities very clean. If you have a decent-sized RV, some of the pull-through sites may be difficult due to trees being close to the edges of pavement on both sides and relatively tight curves of the pull-throughs. We've been coming here since 1988, so we are used to it.

The campground was very nice. Nice bathrooms and the spots were decently spaced. The lake doesn’t have any good shoreline; a good fishing lake from a boat but not a good shoreline lake.

We always have a great time at this campground. It's much quieter than Merrill, probably because there's no hookups.

Only showers are 4 miles away at marina and closes at 6pm and costs $2.50 for 5 minutes. I would prefer showers at the campground open 24/7 but I don't mind paying the $2.50. Host was very nice and helpful when needed. Bathrooms and grounds kept clean. Can be tricky finding the path back up from the Lake Shoreline to the campground. They could clear a little more space on the shoreline for people to set up their day camps. . Overall a positive experience.

Was unlucky and ended up across the road from 2 families with young kids who ran generators while their kids ran around yelling and screaming until 10:30 at night. Campground signs also warned of fleas carrying The Plague (yes, that plague!), so that was less than ideal as well. Otherwise, it was an OK place to camp. Campsites were fairly spread out. Bathroom facilities were decent.

Although Smokey from fires in the area, the campground was inviting, clean and peaceful. We would definitely go back.
