The access road is not for the faint, as it twists and turns for 19 mi along a scenic path and across a beautiful bridge, as well as a scary temporary one. But WOW the drive takes you into a grove of sequoia trees and then the small remote camp ground let’s you sleep amongst these gentle giants and ghosts of past trees that were cut down when the old mill was there. Definitely a beautiful part of the park that everyone should experience.
