What Guests Are Saying
Sentinel Campground offers a beautiful setting with spacious, shaded sites and proximity to the river, making it ideal for hiking and outdoor activities. Many visitors appreciate the serene atmosphere and the campground's access to nearby amenities, such as the store and ranger programs. However, the facilities, particularly the restrooms, are in disrepair and require maintenance, which detracts from the overall experience.

Facing to the beautiful meadow, somewhat both sides of my site were closed/vacant and I even had great privacy on top of big spce to begin with. Close to the visitor center with friendly rangers, and market shop, very convenient.

Have stayed in cedar grove for close to 15 years and this was probably my least favorite time. Bathrooms were not cleaned at all, lights didn’t work and rangers were no where to be found to help the multiple bear encounters in the camp ground or ensure the people had their food in the bear lockers. Hoping it’s an off year for them….

Park rangers were really nice and helpful. Park was clean. Some visitors didnt really care about bears/wildlife and the fire danger, but maybe that's the american way of camping.
