While there are no garbage bins on-site and some wish for shower access, the overall experience is highly rated, with many eager to return.

Es un hermoso lugar. Para estar en contacto con la naturaleza y recordar que también tiene vida. Es maravilloso pasar tiempo con los hijos en este hermoso lugar.

Sheep Creek is an excellent! I recommend staying by the creek or by the river (if you don't mind the water flowing sound during sleep). Because there was no shower in the summer of 2021, many campers took advantage of the river to refresh. Be sure to check out Muir Rock and Roaring River Fall that is close by! The easy biking path to Sentinel campground is nice as well! Amazing dark sky at night - we happen to see some shooting stars because we were in time for the annual Perseid meteor shower. Also, bear country is real and don't leave the food out!

I would have liked more camp sites available, there were so many reserved that the only camp site we were able to get didn't have shade from the sun, all others around us did have shade but were unoccupied yet reserved online, thank you for taking the time to read this!
