This was such a nice campsite in the park! The sites down by the river are more spaced out and covered but our campsite was still awesome. We will definitely go back.

Great location campsite. I feel this one is a little more spaced out for sites which was nice. There was some bear activity which was fun, but no real issues. They are curious and want food, but get scared off easily. Close to the river. Nice to have flushing toilets, but still nothing fancy. There was tap water on site also, but not for drinking.
The whole Kings Canyon Valley is just majestic, with every view looking like an oil painting.

Beautiful campground. Sites were very reasonably spaced. Other campers were very considerate and quiet until a crew that arrived on our last night. They got a visit from a bear a bit after 10pm, though. Overall, beautiful spot, excellent stay.

It was such Perfect site, right by the river. I was amazed at the beauty of the beautiful trees and majestic river. Restroom wax always clean and the campground store was an exit away. I will definitely be back

Our Site#81 was short and fell off steeply on both sides. It was VERY hard to back our 5th wheel into as the road is narrow and not much room to maneuver around the trees. No place to park our truck on site and overflow parking (2 spots only) was a walk away. We will not use this campground in the future unless we can get one of only two pull through sites.

Sheep’s creek camp site #16 is maybe the nicest site in the whole camp ground. Although, the whole camp ground is WONDERFUL. We were there mid June and it was quiet, peaceful, immaculately clean (including bathrooms). Beware it is active bear country! We saw 8 bears in less than two days. Two bears were in our campsite. We can’t wait to go back to Kings canyon and stay at sheep’s creek again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful campgrounds. Quiet and most people want to keep it that way. No wifi. Visit the near by cave (Boyden Cavern).
