It is a very nice campground. Not too crowded and quite even it is close to the road. The nearby creek is wonderful and you can take a dip to cool down. We had a technical issue with our RV and the camp host and his wive was very helpful to solve the issue. Bottom line: a place to stay with very friendly hosts.

I absolutely love this place! The owners are both so nice and hard working people! They were super knowledgeable of everything going on in the area for Labor day weekend, it was fun checking out all the local stuff plus the fishing was fantastic right next to our campsite! I really enjoyed touring the garden and checking out the ducks and chickens and the owner gave me a bag to pick some of their fresh fruit. Definitely a great weekend and will be coming back!

It was my 1st trip out with my new older R.V. it's a nice park with big trees, a playground and a small creek. I didn't see any trails there. The owner Willy was helpful showing me where my site was and a couple other thingswhen I got there, but this RV park was very difficult to find at night and the hosts couldn't be reached by phone or text beforehand and no wifi. No adequate lighting or signs to assure me that it was the right place. Some potholes and abandoned cars is what you see as you enter in. A little Creepy! Roosters and chickens were cute, but might wake you up early if the host lady doesn't, like she did me. Uugh! Yet it was nice of her to bring me a cup of coffee in the a.m. albeit, Early! They don't sell coffee there and the closest store is 7 miles away.
It would be an improvment if they invested some $$ on solar lights and signs to lead people in on the right path, and cleaned up or fenced off the junkyard/trash area. I just stayed one night near TG weekend and it was frosty cold but my pups and I enjoyed the short walk to the creek and sipping the fresh water.馃惥
Willy says they get several feet of snow in winter. 鉂勶笍馃挩

This is one of the best RV park near north of Trinity, not much commercialized, locally owned and felt very comfortable with the stay. The service is good. We stayed here for 3 nights and it's awful. Worth choosing this place.

This was our 3rd time staying here and it was last minute. The campground was totally booked due to the holiday so we didn't get to be picky with our site. But still, it was a great stay! The facilities are always clean and stocked, the owners are kind and welcoming, and our neighbors were great. Us tent campers were flanked by nice trailers and it was dogs galore there! The creek felt so good after a long day hike and walking distance to Trailhead Pizza and the general store. This is one of our favorite places to stay!
