Great campground, nice hikes nearby. It's a long way to the North end of the park, and not many amenities nearby. The campground was well cared for, clean, we would definitely stay there again!

A lovely spot but hard to park the van in the designated spot. Another camper had the same issue. It is as if no one looked at the vehicle info furnished at booking. The campsite/heads etc. were clean. The coyotes very much in tune!

We enjoyed our stay. The early May weather held our for us with temps in the mid70's. We camped with our 5 month old Australian Shepherd; she had plenty of areas to walk in the campground. B19 was our site and yes it is a pull through but as previously stated, not extremely wide. We made it work and used the cone to let others know how close we were to the main narrow travel area. . We hiked from the campground to the Mastodon Mine and Cottonwood Spring. Definitely at the southern end of the NP but we drove to Joshua Tree and enjoyed lunch while enjoying the sites. Keys View is dog friendly and our pup was happy to aee some of the Park. The Rangers were all friendly. The Park was not very busy. Neither was the campground. The CG looked pretty well maintained. We did not check out the restrooms.

Not very private, but clean bathrooms with sinks and flush toilets. Add you are steps away from a great hike out to the lost palms oasis, Mastodon, and an old mine.
