Located next to the trail, super convenient for hiking. Bathrooms were spotless (bring a light for the night time!) and the campgrounds were lovely.

The hike to the abandoned mine from the campground was really cool! Beautiful location. Perfect scenic stop on our way from Phoenix to the Bay Area.

Very nice campground. It has clean bathrooms, water on the side of the road. camping spots are mostly small, make sure the size of your RV will fit on the spot you are renting. There is a dump station close by. Really quiet and dark at night if you want to see the stars.

Awesome campground. Not too far from southern entrance, so it’s a great first stop if you wanna trek north and see the whole park. Nice bathrooms and running water, which you won’t find it much of the central areas of park. Beautiful night sky and really close to mastodon peak hike, which I highly recommend!
