Group site 12 is one of my favorites, but I love everything about Indian Cove. Cannot thank the Park Rangers enough for keeping it so nice! Coming to Joshua Tree and Indian Cove campground is straight up necessary for me to keep my sanity; always a good way to reboot and remember what is really important, nature!

Site is huge, lots of bouldering and exploring right behind the site. Will definitely go back. Note this site is not inside the park but about 15 minutes outside of it.

Camp site was in excellent condition and was located directly by some sport climbs. There was less smoke from adjacent campfires than in previous group sites. Fixed toilet facilities were clean.

Very clean and lots to do around the campsites/ Loved the rock climbing routes and Rattlesnake Canyon hike. Take a GPS though just to be safe. Can be confusing to find route.
