This is a great campground for a group site! We had about 15 people in our group and there was plenty of exploring to be had by all of us. During this time of year, though, the sun barely reaches over the rocks that surround the site, so be prepared for colder temps when you're in the shade for much of the day.

This is a great campground for a group site! We had about 15 people in our group and there was plenty of exploring to be had by all of us. Awesome campsite. #11 was great. Enough space away from neighbors, climbing right in our campsite. The fire ring was in a little bit of a strange spot. But overall, great experience.

Take Interstate 10 to State Highway 62. Go past the West Entrance at Park Boulevard and continue east another 9.3 mi. Turn south on Indian Cove Road. Follow the road into the campground. If coming from the east, follow Highway 62 approximately seven miles west of the city of Twentynine Palms and turn south onto Indian Cove Road.
Highway access
The campground is accessible via Interstate 10 and State Highway 62. It is located approximately 9.3 miles east of the West Entrance at Park Boulevard off Highway 62.
