Could not get a camp site, then tried to cancel my Sunday reservation and would not let me. Website is difficult.

Stayed at both group site 6 and 7 during our stay and these are Crown Jewels in the group sites. Ample places to pitch a tent, great bouldering, and tables and fire pit are well off the road.

Beautiful area a bit far from the park but way more peaceful! I will be back for sure ! The dream in term of campground!

As always the campgrounds are well taken care of!! First time for us in a group site and it didn't disappoint. Plenty of open space and rocks to climb! The site was clean, bathrooms well maintained, and trash picked up regularly. Thank you to the park rangers and staff!

Take Interstate 10 to State Highway 62. Go past the West Entrance at Park Boulevard and continue east another 9.3 mi. Turn south on Indian Cove Road. Follow the road into the campground. If coming from the east, follow Highway 62 approximately seven miles west of the city of Twentynine Palms and turn south onto Indian Cove Road.
Highway access
The campground is accessible via Interstate 10 and State Highway 62. It is located approximately 9.3 miles east of the West Entrance at Park Boulevard off Highway 62.
