Bathrooms were beyond disgusting. Camp sites were all slanted making tent camping difficult.

It was my first time there it was very pleasant the Rangers were very nice and helpful campsites were very clean The water was down quite a bit hopefully we’ll get some rain to change that soon but I would highly recommend it to anybody thank you for the pleasant stay

Bathrooms were disgusting, theft, violence, harassment, people stealing campsites like Red Bluff,CA. Evil flies. Ranger staff and host we're great, even the sheriffs dept. The campground needs bathrooms updated. And some policy changes, I know everyone that stays in parks like this would prefer overnight ranger staff potrols. Everyone knows when they leave and hour later is when it goes down hill till 5am in many parks throughout the country.

I was disappointed by the overall quality of the campground, the sites were sloping and unkept, the facilities were nice in theory but clearly under cared for. We were disappointed by the lack of accountability other guests were held to by rangers and campground hosts, music was blasting from various sites starting at 7:00am and rolling well past 10:00pm. People were leaving their dogs unattended in their tents/at their sites which was difficult because our dogs then just got barked at and we couldn’t enjoy our site in any sort of peace.
Was also disappointed by the amount of smoking (cigarettes/ weed) that was taking place in bathroom facilities.
We left within 24 hours of our arrival; it wasn’t worth it to stay. Be wary if you go in the fall months, leaves had all dropped and the heat was oppressive (that’s on us)
I imagine the experience would be better in the spring, and with more considerate guests / people who were holding them

Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.

- Driveways may not be level; bring leveling equipment for RVs and trailers. RVs and trailers must face the direction of travel.

- Site driveways are asphalt paved and may not be level.
