Clean , peaceful ,scenic, tall pine and I see mt.Shasta from my kitchen window, larger then life. You don't see it but the town of weed is just down the st. Good place to live.

Something is very wrong here. Why are there good reviews when there are pieces of old demolished mobile homes all over. Let’s be realistic. The area is heaven on earth. The *park is a disgusting eye sore with no maintenance people apparently.

Every time I visit my friends it seems to be pretty clean and quiet and the few people that I've met have been friendly.

I love this part it was a great place to have my family and animals. The staff and other tenants are very friendly. I stayed here while working is summer job and it was the perfect Shady place to keep cool during the hot summer. It's at the end of a dead-end road and the only traffic that comes through is from the park itself. Very close to downtown weed California and has several restaurants within walking distance. Grocery Outlet is due to open right down the street and the next few months. I would come back to this place in a heartbeat.
