We arrived with our RV in cold weather with recent sleet. Sites ample and a nice location with a short drive into Weed. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Fun seeing the chickens, turkey and other animals. We did not use the facilities on this one night stay but will definitely stop again on our next trip.

High prices for a cramped and dirty park. Was difficult to get out of our “pull through “ site. Bathrooms were clean. Narrow and winding roads to get there and freeway was just up the hill that you could hear all night. Office was closed during office hours and no one was very friendly.
Let me edit to add that the dog area poop bag disposal was stuffed full like it hadn’t been emptied for a long long time. There was also dog poop all around in the grass that I had to work hard to avoid. I realize people are supposed to pick up after their pets but if they don’t then somebody should. The people over at the house didn’t say hello when we were standing right there. The highway was noisy but not overly. The bathrooms and shower area was very clean and well kept. The lighted area with the Adirondack chairs was very nice it was just too cold this time of year. Our biggest issue was the camper next to us had his truck parked in a position that made it extremely difficult to get our 5th wheel out. And we had just spent the previous night at Bear Mountain RV park in Anderson and it had nice big sites.

A great gem in Weed! It is a well maintained patk and makes it feel like an awesome camp getaway. Hearing the chikens in the morning was terrific. The check-in was super efficient. The owners left clear instructions while they were out tending to the park. We were parked and set up in no time. While we only stayed for the night, we plan to book a longer visit very, very soon. Super convenient to the freeway and to the town. Whether you're visiting or just passing through, I would recommend giving this place a try. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful, sweet gem of a campground. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed 2 nights, very quiet and peaceful and clean, loved waking up to the roosters. Nice little farm atmosphere, we were greeted with a dozen farm fresh eggs, among the amazing Mt Shasta. We have a 44 for rig, it was a bit tight to park, but definitely doable. Highly recommend.

Nice, small campground near I-5. Friendly and helpful staff called us back to upgrade us to a pull through when it opened up (instead of a back in). We have a 40 ft motorhome towing a car and we were able to maneuver around and got a pull through where we didn't have to unhook which was wonderful after a long travel day. Chickens, goats, and turkeys were fun to see on property. A little road noise but not bothersome at all. Didn't even hear the chickens. 🐓 Slept great. A short walk gave you a beautiful view of Mt Shasta. Didn't use the bathrooms but peeked in and they were very clean. Good cell service and free wifi worked great. No amenities like pool but that was ok for us. No light pollution so would be good for stargazing. Will return when in the area.
