Pacific RV Park

I moved out the 1st of March. A year ago I moved into this place as a last minute resort due to my failure of planning ahead when I got my travel trailer. Being in such a rush for something I signed up for this place without reading the reviews. Although there are so many things I have overlooked from drainage issues (over flow of sewer water for almost a month), embarassing to say but roaches that almost nearly infested my trailer that inhabit their property garbage cans when the sewer overflowed, being charged for a gate that consistently malfunctioned, to getting billed someone else's electric bill more than ONCE, and a whole lot of plenty other things to discuss. Roberts', the maintenance guys', work ethic seems to be the only thing that has made my experience, although with many dilemmas, at least bearable. He is truly a great and hard working guy. So with that being said (even till this day in which I have moved out) he has been the ONLY one that I have been able to communicate with, especially concerning my DEPOSIT. But again he can only communicate it to his chain of command and it falls on them to take initiative in order to resolve the issue. The person in the office has not picked up the phone or responded to my messages since she had last told me (in a dry manner) that my deposit would be returned on the 21st day. I would have understood if communication from the owner or manager of this delay were ever attempted. A simple explanation would have at least been nice to ease my mind, the same thing I would have done in my part as a tenant if I were late on any form of payment. But in this case it has been just a dry response, to 5 days of no response at all, and a whole lot of other individuals with the same experience. I'm afraid to say that I will most likely be experiencing their long wait.

I recently rented a storage space at Pacific RV Rentals and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Robert, the maintenance guy, is always attentive and responds very quickly to any concerns or anything needed. He does an amazing job keeping the property clean and constantly updating it so everything looks fresh and well maintained.

Xacil in the office made the whole process super easy. She guided me through everything, was very friendly, and had my space ready for move-in right away. Overall, excellent customer service and a very well-kept facility. Highly recommend!

We stayed for a week. I must say that the manager was extremely helpful and answered every question we had before booking. Robert, who handles maintenance was professional and helpful during our stay. Grounds were well kept. I was initially concerned about security but after getting settled and seeing the automatic gate system my mind was put at ease. I would definitely recommend this park.

The managers of this location are top notch. Robert was there to assist us first hand while checking in and checking out. You can tell they care about this place and have tried to make it warm and welcoming. With the murala at the front gate and the potted plants, they have done their best to make this concrete pad more homey. It may be in an industrial area, and not a traditional camping ground, but it was a place to rest our heads and is secured behind gates. Thank you Robert for all your help. God bless.

I stayed at Pacific RV Park for a month and had a really good experience. Robert was incredibly helpful with helping me maneuver everything in and made the whole process much easier and less stressful. Xacil was also amazing, she always responded promptly to any questions I had throughout my stay. The staff truly made me feel welcomed and taken care of. I would 100% recommend staying here! (Also loved that they had on sight laundry)
