Great place a little smaller than I expected but that was fine with me. Gets really cold at night and you burn through a lot of firewood. I’m definitely coming back in spring!

Beautiful, quiet and relaxing spot! The view from space 44 was perfect. Bathrooms were clean and they had hot water. Also a bonus dish washing sink behind the bathrooms. Great spot to tent camp!

By far one of the best camping experiences. This is a wonderful campground with flushable toilets, water spigots almost on every other site. It's got a circular layout and camp host Jordan is absolutely the best! He was always around to answer questions and was super friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. Spotty cell service but then again its a campground not a resort the point is to disconnect! We stayed at site 14 which is close to bathrooms and road it has plenty of trees for shade and is pretty roomy, we had 3 tents and a shade/screen canopy and still had more room to spare! During the day you can definitely hear some of the vehicles on the road but its not that bad. The nights are super quiet which is nice. The lake is literally across the street. No flushable toilets at the lake they are vault toilets there. There is no lifeguard at the lake but you can swim at your own discretion some parts of the lake are not deep at all there is a kayak rental there too and picnic tables. There are a few Blue Jay's in the area with no shame to their game and will literally land on your table! As for other insects and animals you will get visits from Bee's, yellowjackets, wasps, flies, wood packers, chipmunk, squirrels and lizards. Sign says Bears, mountain lions and snakes but luckily we did not see those. The insects were mostly first thing in the morning but by noon they were gone! The town of Wrightwood is a short 10 minute drive at most. Fire wood is $10 a bundle at the town and with camp host so save the drive and just get it from host. Here's hoping Jordan is still there on our next trip he truly made this trip enjoyable and was super helpful and friendly! Thank you Jordan!

Nice campground however this site is near the street so you can hear each car passing through. Also there’s a massive electricity pole (not sure what it’s for since you don’t get service) and was not happy about because that’s not something I want to sleep under in the middle of camping.

The camp host was nice and friendly though. You can get firewood from him.

Very very nice stay- campsites are a little mis leading as to how big the sites were- a little smaller than expected- it all worked out and did enjoy our stay

What a beautiful site. It's a small area so not a huge place to walk to get to things. Camp host was great and has lots of useful things. It was great temperature, the trees helped with the heat outside. And a fun fishing lake right across the street. Certainly on my favorite list
