We loved our site number 21. It might be a little exposed for some, who might prefer to be in the center of the campsite (ours was the last one on the first loop, but that puts you right in front of the office and the entrance, as well as being just a few steps from shuttle bus stop number 18 – super easy). We had pleasant, not too hot days, so it was perfect for us, but it's not the shadiest spot all day long. One advantage for RV is that the dump station is just across the road. If you need to use the restrooms (ALWAYS CLEAN), it's about 98.4 ft away, as are the bins. I would definitely choose site 21 again.

Incredible location situated at the bottom of north dome and right on the river. Ranger Don was welcoming and kind, very informative and helpful during our stay. Great place for kids and ideally located to walk to all major hikes without having to drive or use bus system.

Campground was in great shape and the two camp hosts that we met, Don and Dean, were both very welcoming and helpful - they are almost in the same league as Tim and Judy at the North Pines campground. Even the young man who was cleaning the restrooms was cheerful and helped make our week in the campground a very nice experience.

Our site was amazing. We played in the river, swung in hammocks, had campfires. Bathrooms were clean. The walk to curry village was quick and scenic.

Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
Cancellation policy
- Notify the campground if arriving late to avoid cancellation.
- Do not resell or auction your reservation.
Wildlife & food storage
- Store food and toiletries securely to avoid attracting wildlife.
- Use provided food storage lockers; do not store food in vehicles.
