What Guests Are Saying
Tuolumne Meadows Campground offers beautiful scenery, well-maintained facilities, and friendly staff, making it a great base for exploring Yosemite. Visitors appreciate the educational campfire talks, proximity to the river, and ranger-led programs. However, some campers noted the campground can be crowded, and bathroom facilities are limited, with a long walk to restrooms for some sites.

Big campground but we were assigned a good spot; Not too close to our neighbors and not too far from the bathrooms. Be prepared for cold mornings!

Great place away from all the craziness in yosemite valley. Close to the valley down hill with awsome views along the way. Theres also a gas station half way down to the valley in case you have to fill up. The camping was great. Not alot of noise close to the river where tje water is excellent. Great place to hang out picnic and be in the water. Diffenitly will stay here again

One of the most beautiful areas of Yosemite! I have been visiting Yosemite for over 50 years, and I continue to visit year after year! After years of camping in the meadows with my family, my adult children are now showing their children the wonders and beauty of Yosemite.

It's all about the wonderful RANGERS!!!! They are marvelous, talented, smart, adventurous people and fine teachers. That's why I love Tuolumne.

The ranger campfires were top notch, complete with singalongs and storytelling. Our walk through the meadow was beautiful and quiet, the little cafe tent was a great plus for breakfast. Campsite was large and easy to back in the trailer.

Loved camping here - we had a great time and enjoyed the quiet. I do wish they would be more specific on the website when booking in the dog-friendly sites that dogs are ONLY allowed on the pavement, that threw a curveball at us when we arrived.
The sites were clean and restrooms all clean and well maintained. We love the easy access to all the trails and fishing nearby, it was such a nice experience, we can't wait to go back!

This is a great place to camp. Conveniently located next to a store and a burger joint. The campsite has lots of fun events for the campers as well.

Tuolumne Meadows is amazing. Don't hesitate to make reservations here. Rangers were great, campsite was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. Such a scenic drive and beautiful views. Went on a small hike and ran into a small bear! We quietly parted ways and continued our walk down the trail. I can't wait until my next visit.

Tuolumne Meadows is one of my best places to spend summer weekend. I usually go for climbing during a day, and jump into Tenaya Lake after. It is so relaxing and great to spend some time in nature.
