What Guests Are Saying
Tuolumne Meadows Campground offers beautiful scenery, well-maintained facilities, and friendly staff, making it a great base for exploring Yosemite. Visitors appreciate the educational campfire talks, proximity to the river, and ranger-led programs. However, some campers noted the campground can be crowded, and bathroom facilities are limited, with a long walk to restrooms for some sites.

I ended up cancelling my 3 nites in Tuolomne campground due to my car breaking down right after passing White Wolf. Had to get it towed to Lee Vining, then Bishop. However, the support I received from the Visitor's Center and the Rangers was excellent. I do hope to get back at some point and camp there. In the past, I've always had good experiences.

The camp looks refreshed. I appreciated the info about whether the parking space was level (in case you are sleeping in vehicle). The check in process was friendly and welcoming.

We loved our time at the campground. Superb hiking was a short walk from our campsite. We enjoyed it way more than the main valley everyone goes to.

You must go up the Mt. Dana trail. Great show of wildflowers in June, sky pilot at the top.

site was sloping but was spacious and we were able to install 4 tents for 6 people . only 1 parking spot but a neighbor was only using 1 of his two parking spots . little walk from parking but it was perfect . close to water and toilets

We had site c050. It was very close to the adjacent sites. Luckily we were in a camper van but if sleeping in a tent you would hear everything!

Be careful what you reserve. The hike in spots were kind of a long way to go with a lot of stuff!
