What Guests Are Saying
Tuolumne Meadows Campground offers beautiful scenery, well-maintained facilities, and friendly staff, making it a great base for exploring Yosemite. Visitors appreciate the educational campfire talks, proximity to the river, and ranger-led programs. However, some campers noted the campground can be crowded, and bathroom facilities are limited, with a long walk to restrooms for some sites.

Very nice camp site for the whole family. Lott of trees and easy to setup tents. Easy access to water source and restrooms.

I wish there was 50% first come first serve It makes it more for sure. Too bad that they did away with that hoping that it comes back.

G loop was quiet and campsites are fairly spaced out. Its a long walk to the store or river though and for some reason, everyone drives the wring way on the one way loop. Not sure if its laziness or they dont see the signs. No cell signal.

The gentleman in the kiosk where I made my last minute reservation day-of for 1 night asked me if I had any passes. I thought for a second then presented my Senior Lifetime pass card. He then said instead of $36 dollars it would only be $18 dollars, half price, Hello!!!!!!!!
He was the first ranger in couple of years that pointed out the discount. Thanks much!!!

Perfect place to stay to enjoy the best sides of Yosemite, exploring the Alpines I now know there's SO much more to see and can't wait to go back. Keep it clean, keep it simple.
