It was a beautifully maintained campsite, we were close enough to the restrooms and it wasn't too hard to find our spot even in the dark

I've been to Joshua tree a dozen times and this is by far the worst campground I've stayed at. Super small, cramped sites-- we had 34 and 35 and they were sloped and we were right next to the people around us on both sides. Not off the grid at all, sadly. We even had cell phone service. Also, it wasn't actually in Joshua Tree National Park. The facilities are nice and the National Park store is cool and the camp hosts were lovely, but if you're at all looking to get off the grid and into nature, this just isn't it.

Campground was very relaxing. Easy to navigate with amazing views. The bathrooms were a plus, it’s rare to have a running water toilet and clean bathrooms at a campsite. I will definitely be coming back!

Great campsite, felt very private. Lots of hiking trails though no big boulders. Running water was great with kids!
