Great Campground with friendly rangers that check you in. Water sources and flushable toilets on the premises. Amazing to see some stars during the night. Startet from here to visit Joshua Tree the next day.

Nice location, unfortunately some groups stayed up all night (playing guitar with bad singing and driving around) to watch the sun rise so we got very little sleep despite multiple campers asking them to keep it down. There were no staff to help implement the 11pm quiet time.

First time staying in the Blackrock campground. Had a great experience, and would highly recommend it. Nice to be in the park but and have access to hiking trails without the need to drive in the busy main gate. We will be back.

This is a perfect place to relax after a long flight and the take over of the RV. 😊

Red ants and tons of bugs at night, but that's the experience right? Great campground. Nice bathrooms. The set up is perfect. Best campground in the park.
