Great location, enyoyed my time there. You really need a shower facility at this site, seems like this location is under-developed and overlooked.

Always a pleasure staying here. You can always hear coyotes and this time they were singing all night.

The campground was good. The problem is, in almost every campsite, the fire pit screen covers were broken, mangled, or had no hardware holding them on and the two halves together. The camp hosts fire pit looked brand new. Must be nice eh.

We enjoyed our stay at Black Rock Canyon. There were plenty of trails to keep us busy. Using the NPS app for finding those trails was very beneficial.

The campground is very clean and well-maintained. I was there on a Friday night and folks were rolling in from SoCal. With exception of one noisier campsite crew, that went long into the night (3AM), it was a good experience. I hiked the Panorama Loop the following AM and the proximity was convenient.
