Poudre River Resort

Worst camping experience ever!! Stay away at all costs! Staff is incredibly rude. Especially the older lady in the shop, act liked the world is ending if they have to actually talk to the customers and are very snap and rude. Campsites sucked there was no room to them. More of a cabin place than a RV park. Advertised that they have great wifi. When it got there and could not connect to a meeting they said "yeah mjst be down you'll have to deal with it" then when asked about it again I was told "not many people need wifi camping"

Ended up.leaving early as we could not tolerate the awful display of hospitality and customer service. You'll pass atleast 10 campgrounds before this one, all with better sites, better views, and better staff. DO NOT STAY AT POUDRE RUVER RV RESORT!!!

Enjoyed our 4 days here. So peaceful. Cabin was cute, a little small, but it did the job. Had everything we could've needed. Beautiful country & river!!

The location by the River was breathtaking. Everyone there, from the employees to other guests, were very nice. It's was quiet and peaceful. The perfect weekend getaway. We will be back for a longer stay sooner than later.

I spent a total of three nights, two in a tent, one in a cabin. Great sleep each time, the tent is spacious and comfortable; the cabin well stocked and well equipped.

The facilities are clean and still improving, we had no issue with the WiFi and truly enjoyed the pizza oven. Do make sure you stop by the airstream for coffee and snacks, or by the market that has all you might need.

Note that the place's website somewhat shows no vacancies the day of. Do give them a call, they probably have rooms available.

My best friend, her son, and I stayed one night in Cabin 1. We had such a lovely time! The cabin was nicely furnished and had everything we needed to cook and eat in comfortably after a day of hiking in the canyon. We had a blast enjoying the hot tub after dinner. In the morning, we played by the river, collecting rocks and taking in all the natural beauty the property has to offer. The general store is such a great amenity if you forget anything for your adventure, and they have a nice selection of souvenirs. I’m already planning a return trip in a few weeks!
