Campground was too far from lake for those with difficulty walking. Lake is beautiful but fishing was poor. Saw one eagle and a pair of osprey.

Bellaire campground has returned to a nice place to visit after it was wrecked few years ago. Trees are returning and I caught plenty of fish in lake.

This is the second time in this campground and we had a great time. Despite our site being close to the bathroom there was absolutely NO smell. My wife used it one time when we first arrived before I opened the camper and shared it was clean and well maintained. Nice campground that's quiet, peaceful and comfortable. We enjoyed walking around the lake every morning and there is plenty of hiking close by. Relatively close to town if you forgot something, want to go out to eat or rent a movie or something. 50 Amp service provided a "glamping" experience and the site was nice and clean on arrival. You do have to put up with the dust but that's to be expected. We had a great time.

Our experience was good, we have been there several times. This year we noticed some maintenance issues that need attention. One of the restroom facilities had no electricity and so no light at night. There have been regular rain showers and the roads are getting erosion issues with ruts in the road. On camper told us they could not get into their site because this. One of the trash dumpsters has been damaged and is hard to open, someone just left their trash con top of it. We put it in the dumpster, but that can lead to bears looking for food, which is not good. Bellaire Lake is still great spot - we love going there and we don't like to tell people about it!!!
