Main Street Manor RV Park

The Main Street Manor RV Park is a hidden gem in Florence, CO. Found just blocks from the historic downtown, it is a great location right in town. The sites are clean and easy to park your RV in. Large trees provide shade for many of the spots with water, electricity, and sewer hook ups available at each. The shower/bathroom was clean and tidy. Jennifer, your host, was welcoming and charming.

What a hidden jewel! Great set up, full hook ups, lots of trees, super clean, great bath/ shower facility and Jennifer was a friendly and welcoming host. Short walk to the center of town for fun and food. We’ll be coming back!

I have to say what a wonderful park!! The staff “Jen” and the owner are amazing. This place is right in the middle of town and we loves that small town feel with everything close! Laundry and hardware etc., etc.!! While still secluded small town charm. A+ all the way. Place is clean and “Jen” works it constantly to keep it prestine!! Team thank you for an amazing stay!!!

Main St Manor is great small park for many reasons. Spacious, level and more private sites and there are plenty of shade trees. The hospitality is awesome and the grounds are well maintained. Restroom and shower are clean with plenty of hot water. Good phone reception. Close to places to take care of needs and to do some mountain sightseeing.

This campground is one of my top sites for a developed campsite. It’s nestled amongst several large trees and in one of the cutest towns around. The site is always welcoming and clean. The campsite host is delightful and very responsive. We stay 1-2 times a year every year. It is perfectly located, near Cannon City, the Royal Gorge, Desert Reef hot springs and great vintage shopping.
