Beautiful setting. Campground host greeted us at our site shortly after arriving, and even facilitated a quick switch to a nearby, more level site. My only criticism is that many of the sites are sloped quite a bit. But overall, we loved it!

It was so nice to have clean bathroom facilities. The campsite we had was clean of debris, had a good spot for our tent.

Saddlehorn Campground was a perfect place to stay while we explored Colorado National Monument. The sites in camping area C were quiet & well spaced out. We could take short hikes and ride our bikes to longer hikes. We can’t wait to return in order to see even more of this special part of Colorado!!

It was a bit of a steep trip up with our 5th wheel & took a bit to level in our site but what a view! It was gorgeous!

Great campground! The camp host was friendly and seemed to keep things pretty clean. Most the campers here are in RV's and trailers; we were in a tent. The spaces are sort of close together, but not so close to make out others' conversations.
It got windy one of the nights/mornings, and it's up on a ridge. I recommend anchoring your tent guylines even if it seems calm before you go to bed.

It's beautiful. It is a standard campground, with pavement and lots of people though. Not exactly off the beaten path. The bathrooms were clean.

What an absolutely amazing campground. We were surprised that there were lots of first come, first served sites available and that we were able to camp on the spur of the moment for 2 nights. The campground was squeaky clean and the host was very pleasant. We got to see Big Horn Sheep and go horseback riding! We hope we get to return here at some point to stay again! AMAZING!!!
