Bureaucrats with no understanding of historic freedoms on the Western Slope. The new camping regulations at Rabbit Valley are outrageous. Over charging for the "privilege" of parking an RV in a dusty turn out that turns to the worst mud on earth in the rain. No trash receptacles and the nearest public water access is 25 miles away in Fruita. Beware bicyclists, because there's no water at Rabbit Valley. The BLM authoritarianism reminds me of the old Soviet Union.
